Initially established in 1996 as a project of International HIV/AIDS Alliance, KHANA started operating as an NGO in 1997 and was officially registered as a local NGO in 2000. Since then it has been operating as a linking organization of the International HIV/AIDS Alliance and is so far a leading non-governmental organization in Cambodia that has made outstanding contributions to the national HIV response. KHANA’s work has been made possible through support from USAID and the Global Fund New Funding Model.
We are now seeking qualified Cambodians national for the following vacancies:  
1. Manager: KHANA Social Enterprise

Objectives of the assignment The post holder has the overall responsibility for the leadership, direction and management of the KHANA Social Enterprise Centre (KSE) at KHANA. S/he will lead a team of 2 national staff to provide support to Center of Excellence (CoE) and Implementation Partners (IP) in the area of social enterprise (SE) and economic livelihood (EL).
Selection Criteria: ♦ Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development or other similar academic disciplines ♦ Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in social enterprise or business development, economic livelihoods, or micro-credit/saving programs  
2. Medical Coordinator

Objectives of the assignment The post holder has the overall responsibility to oversee the front office duties and handle clerical tasks. Medical Coordinator who is working in this role is required to make sure that correct patient information is derived and stored properly and appointments are scheduled effectively.
Selection Criteria: ♦ Medical Doctor Degree or other similar academic disciplines ♦ Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in Medical Office  
3. Finance Officer

Objectives of the assignment The post holder has the overall responsibility for ensuring KHANA’s bank cash inflow and outflow records are properly maintained and recorded in the accounting books. Payment processing is fully complied with KHANA internal policies and donor requirements.
Selection Criteria: ♦ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or  Finance   ♦ Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance  
4. IT Officer for Online Medical Services (vMed)

Objectives of the assignment The post holder plays a vital role in the overall operations of KHANA by providing of a full range of IT supports with high standard and ethics including Administering and managing KHANA online medical services web-based application and contents, maintaining web-based application interface and design and act as an answering consultation questions.
Selection Criteria: ♦ Bachelor’s Degree IT, MIS or other relevant academic disciplines ♦ Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences of web-based application development and web development.  
5. Training Officer

Objectives of the assignment The Training Officer, who works under the management of Objective 4 of the HIV Flagship project, is mainly responsible for coordinating and overseeing Flagship-level coordination meetings and events to ensure their smooth proceedings and proper documentation.
Selection Criteria: ♦ A bachelor degree in event management, organizational development, business administration, development studies, or a relevant field ♦ 2 years of professional experience (or 3 years of progressive experience) in training coordination (including administration and logistics), event management, and associated tasks within the NGO sector.
