Initially established in 1996 as a project of International HIV/AIDS Alliance, KHANA started operating as an NGO in 1997 and was officially registered as a local NGO in 2000. Since then it has been operating as a linking organization of the International HIV/AIDS Alliance and is so far a leading non-governmental organization in Cambodia that has made outstanding contributions to the HIV response and other related emerging issues in the country. KHANA’s work has been made possible through support from USAID, the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, European Union.
We are now seeking qualified Cambodians national for the following vacancies:  
1. Senior Research Fellow
  Key Responsibilities: The post holder is responsible for driving relevant research and collecting and analysing data on population health and other related issues to inform KHANA’s strategic programs, publications, policy and advocacy efforts. S/he will also be responsible for the development of research priorities, protocols, tools and scientific reports and support in securing research funding. S/he will also support Research Fellow(s) to this affect.
Specific responsibilities include: • Overseeing and providing guidance to Research Fellow(s) on methodological issues • Providing guidance in the development of KHANA research agenda
Selection Criteria: • PhD of Health Science or Public Health or other related fields • 5 years’ experience conducting research in population health and other related fields. • 3 years’ experience working with NGO  
2. Database Developer
  Key Responsibilities: The Post Holder is responsible as a central data person and administrator to manage Flagship’s database system. S/he will work under Flagship Objective 3 team and support Centre of Excellent (CoEs) in terms of developing, upgrading, and updating software and database applications and reporting system.
Specific responsibilities include: • Developing, documenting and implementing the Flagship innovations on strategic information and share the learning with KHANA’s staff, management team, CoEs and stakeholders.
Selection Criteria: • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or other similar academic disciplines • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in database management • Some knowledge in M&E and reporting  
3. Grant Management Officer (2 Positions)
  Key Responsibilities: The GMO is a key member of the project team that manages sub-grants to Centres of Excellence(CoE)/Implementing Partners(IP) and ensures overall CoE/IP project performance to meet the success indicators of the signed grant agreement.
Specific responsibilities include: • Provide collaboration to Technical Advisor (TA) to introduce project service packages to CoE/IPs • Checking and reviewing CoE/IPs scope of work, workplan, budget and M & E plan • Ensure funds are disbursed to CoE/IPs in a timely manner.
Selection Criteria: • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Social Science, or Public Health • At least 2 years relevant experience in Project and Grant management.  
4. Driver
  Key Responsibilities: The Driver provides reliable and safe driving services to KHANA officials and visitors ensuring the highest standards of discretion and integrity, sense of responsibility. The Driver also demonstrates a client-oriented approach, confidentiality and ability to work with people of different culture. Additionally, drives the office vehicle for transporting authorized personnel and delivery/collection of mail/letter, documents and other items for the KHANA office with vehicle maintenance.
Specific responsibilities include: • Provide safe transportation service to KHANA staff and official visitors by ensuring the highest standards of discretion and integrity, sense of responsibility. • Deliver letters and packages to the other organizations.
Selection Criteria: • Secondary education • At least two years of experience in a relevant field • Good driving skill with driving licensed.
