The Head of Sales Division is a member of Executive Committee and he/she is one of the key important players in making company's strategies. He/she drives overall sales strategies and team development to increase sales force productivities and revenues to reach company's objectives. The Head of Sales Division leads more than 2,600 sales people and drives team collaboration to boost productivity and operating efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
> Contribute to definition of the institution's commercial strategy, annual plan and sales target setting;
> Increase business relationship with corporate clients to increase client bases and non-credit revenue;
> Integrate new products and services (SME loan,agriculture loan, mobile banking, payment service, remittance, etc.) into operational process and distribution channels;
> Implement effective savings strategy and reinforce deposit mobilization from targeted customer to ensure that the major part of loan portfolio is financed by deposits;
> Lead cost effective expansion strategy by optimizing the use of different marketing channels to reach the large majority of the Cambodian population;
> Provide direction, leadership, and coaching to Head of Province by improving their leadership skills to ensure the succession.
> Master degree in banking or business management or related fields;
> Minimum 7 years' experience in operation and/or sales management in retail banks or deposit taking MFIs; including minimum 5 years' experience as a senior manager with daily implications in strategic decisions making process;
> Ability to make effective decisions to drive high performance while motivating and encouraging the development of all contributing employees;
> This position requires frequent travel to provinces.
> Excellent customer-oriented professional;
> Develop and expand business with high homogeneity and with ethical behavior;
> Self-starter and results oriented person, with a strong business acumen;
> Ability to lead employees to high-performance work practices to meet business objectives;
> Proven track record of business achievements within a commercial environment;
> Proven capacity to attract and retain talent.
