The successful applicant will provide high-order management and leadership to achieve VBNK’s 2016-2018 Strategic Plan. This change framework places Leadership Development, Community Empowerment, Organisational Development and Results-based Management at the centre of its programmes, partnerships, branding, reputation and operating model.
