We wish to invite applications for the following position:
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and development of all the facilities at the new campus ) including Cleaning, Maintenance, Health and Safety, Security and management of outsourced services. More than 40 staff will report to the Facilities Manager through a two Buildings and Grounds Managers as well as multiple contractors providing additional services.
Position requires: • Solid and demonstrable experiences of managing and operating a large campus facility to the highest standard. • Experience of acceptance of new buildings from construction and development of procedures to ensure their maintenance is at the highest level. • Ability to prepare strategic reports, monitoring and evaluation metrics and present to board level the performance of the department. • English language is essential and Khmer would be advantageous.
