Position: Final Evaluation Consultant for "End Trafficking in Persons ETIP" Programme Location: Phnom Penh
General Description The purpose of the consultancy is to measure the effectiveness of the three pillars of the ETIP program and understand the key factors supporting or inhibiting success.
Requirements: Potential consultant is required to possess the following qualifications: 1. At least 6 years' experience on Quantitative & Qualitative data collection and analysis on counter trafficking and other related programmes 2. Excellent data analysis and evaluation report writing skills - synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into findings that address key evaluation questions and developing practical recommendations. 3. Training and supervising a team to collect both qualitative and quantitative data across multiple sites aligned with the organizations ethical principles and guidelines 4. Ability to deliver quality products on time
