FHI 360 is recruiting the creative, enthusiastic and innovative candidate to fill in the following position:   A Group of Consultant (for up to 40 days from January – April 2018) – Urgently Required
  FHI 360, for its USAID LINKAGES project, seeks a group of qualified local consultants to lead the development of the Community Action Approach (CAA) and partner notification, tracing and HIV testing (PNTT) training curriculum, training materials and job aids. The consultant team will be responsible for conducting the training needs assessment, designing a participatory approach training curriculum and job aids. The consultants will facilitate the ToT training to NCHADS, PHD/PASP and relevant stakeholders.   Overall objective of the consultancy is to develop the training curriculum, training materials and job aid for CAA and PNTT. The specific objectives of the assignment are: ♦ To review the current SoP of CAA and PNTT, rapid assessment finding and other documents related ♦ To conduct the training needs assessment with the participants in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey and Siem Reap by e-mail ♦ To develop the participatory approach training curriculum, training materials and job aid based on training needs assessment result and SoP   Group of consultants who have at least 5 years of demonstrated ToT experience, have knowledge of the field of HIV/AIDS and reproductive health demonstrated through higher level (university or above) academic experience or applied professional experiences, strong oral and written communication skills, ability to meet deadlines & remain proactive about the timeline of tasks, and ability to be responsive to communication with FHI360, Fluent/native Khmer speaker, Experience working in Cambodia with direct communication with government and government counterparts INGs GO, Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills are invited to apply.   Please complete the bio-data form and submit with updated CV to Ms. Sreytoch Nhim [email protected] , or FHI 360 Office # 3, St. 330, Boeung Keng Kang 3, Chamkar Mon, Phnom Penh.
