Position: Head of Finance and Accounting Location: Phnom Penh (01 Position) Salary range: Negotiable
Main Duties ♦ Performs general booking and prepares financial statements. Ensure that monthly and year end accounts, statistics and reports are accurately completed. ♦ Analyzes financial statements, budgets and forecasting ♦ Build up policies and procedure of Accounting and Finance ♦ Ensure the corporate tax comply with tax law; Keep abreast of Income Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT and other matters concerning finance costs and other finance matters; and is  consistently referred to ♦ Acts as primary liaison with relevant external entities, such as the tax de partment, banks and various governmental bodies pertaining to the group.
Skills & Experience ♦ MBA in Finance and Accounting and /or CPA. ♦ Lead and manage a strong team of Finance and Accounting to ensure full oversight of group financial reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting ♦ Contribute to Group Managing Director on initiatives and funding strategy to support new growth, cost control and execution ♦ Work experience professional accounting and finance in regional office or multinational company Machineries wholesale/retail, Trading industries, or corporate/commercial banking. ♦ Highly self-motivated to make a difference ♦ Demonstrates a strong knowledge of operational and financial processes and practical application of financial and strategic analysis ♦ Leadership attribute and strong interpersonal skill, ability to deal with different level of stakeholders. ♦ Capable of coaching and developing people ♦ Independence, self-initiative, and be able to work under pressure.
