This role provides an opportunity to work with a highly prestigious international NGO, Cambodian Children’s Fund, www.cambodianchildrensfund.org. Founded in 2004, Cambodian Children’s Fund (CCF) provides life-changing education and a range of services to vulnerable children from some of Cambodia’s most destitute communities. This well respected NGO cares for more than 2,200 students, their families and the community.
CCF is seeking application from qualified and experienced candidates for the Human Resource Manager role. CFF is a great place to work, staffed by a team of skilled and committed people. The workplace offers many opportunities for innovation,initiative and professional satisfaction.
In this strategic role you will have responsibility for significant organisational change. This will involve leading the review and development of HR processes, policies and ways of working to enable CCF to move to the next level as a model organisation for staff, as well as our CCF children and families.
The role will need well developed relationship management and change management expertise to partner with managers, supervisors and team leaders in the successful implementation of the new HR approaches which will be developed under your leadership.
We are seeking a confident  and experienced Human Resource Manager who has excellent strategic leadership  and operational management abilities, who is able to work autonomously and as part of a team. HR qualifications are mandatory, as well as significant, demonstrated success as an HR manager in a western style professional organisation.
