Positions Key Responsibilities Qualification Required
Human Resource Officer ( Training and Development 1 post ) In-house Training: - Organize, lead and facilitate the orientation program. - Conduct orientation session and arrange on-the job training for new hires. - Prepare training materials for in-house course. - Evaluate training and development programs. Out-source Training: - Build relationship with training institutions. - Arrange staff to attend appropriate training or workshop. - Evaluate out-source training - Prepare periodic report for management as needed. - Bachelor Degree in HRM is preferred. - 2 year experience in Training field. - Able to progress task within tight deadliness without close supervision. - Fluency in spoken and written English. - Good Communication and presentation skill.
Remunerations
