The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Cambodia Country Office, is seeking to hire a qualified consultant to assist the office in developing, engaging and creating content, including human interest stories and multimedia materials, and managing social media and digital platforms to ensure high quality posts and engagement. The consultant will design and implement a strategy to systematically grow UNICEF’s digital and social media community and its youth engagement.
