The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Cambodia Country Office, is seeking to hire a qualified national consultant to provide technical support in social protection system building to achieve fulfilment of rights for all Cambodian children, addressing the key financial bottlenecks for the poor and vulnerable children to access services.
