The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Cambodia Country Office, is seeking to hire an international consultant to assist the office to convert the existing web-based system to a more user friendly interface for hospital and health centres staffs with limited access to internet. UNICEF is seeking to upgrade the current web-based system for SAM to an application which has the functionality to support offline data entering and an online synchronization. This application should be adapted to tablets, smart phones and laptops.
