The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Cambodia Country Office, is seeking to hire an international consultant to ensure integration of Maternal, Newborn & Child Health and Nutrition (MNCHN) issues in the development of the implementation plan (IP) for the Third Health Strategic Plan 2016-2020 (HSP3) in line with government frameworks and in collaboration with government counterparts and development partners. The implementation plan needs to be aligned with the National Strategic Development Plan (NSDP), the Budget Strategic Plan (BSP) prepared by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Public Investment Program (PIP) prepared by the Ministry of Planning, and the Annual Operational Plan (AOP) prepared by the MOH.
