It is a joint private/ Government venture and has been providing customers with safe and reliable banking services for over 34 years. In order to cope with the growth, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fulfill the vacant position as International Department Manager.
International Department Manager (One position based at Head Office, Phnom Penh)
Working closely with the Senior Manager and other Management learn, this role has prime responsibility for a whole of International department and direct supervise Trade Finance Unit and International Remittance Unit.
Main Duties: ■ Develop, update, and implement the department manual and procedure to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance ■ Develop new banking products as potential need ■ Understand and share the update of ISBP UCP600, ICC, Correspondent banks, SWIFT system related to trade finance and remittance ■ Lead, check, and verify the management of inward-outward SWIFT Messages receiving from SWIFI system to relevant units on t;me and properly ■ Check and verify transactions numbers and amounts in SWIFT by comparing the core banking system properly precisely and sufficiently ■ Solve and follow-up all issues related to trade finance and international remittance on time and properly ■ Build strong relationship and business opportunities with Financial Institutions ■ Lead and check the use of Online Banking system available with all financial institutions ■ Manage all pending issues and closely follow-up with financial institutions ■ Manage all Nostra accounts with financial institution to ensure sufficient and efficient fund management. ■ Check and evaluate job performance of the department staff to ensure job goes smoothly and efficiently ■ Provide capacity building for all related staff in trade finance and international remittance Units ■ Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Skills/ Experiences: ■ Au least Master Degree in Banking, Business Administration, or related field ■ Au least 5 years experience in Trade Finance and International Remittance ■ Knowledge of National Banks regulations, international laws, AMLand related ■ Strong customer service and result-oriented personality ■ Good organizational skill, time management, and team building ■ English language proficiency, Chinese language is a plus ■ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Word & Excel ■ Knowledge and experience with SWIFT system
