Aide et Action International (AEAI), headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, began its programs in 1981 and is now working in more than 20 countries across Africa, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and Southeast Asia to support the development of sustainable education projects with a belief in the universal right to a quality education.
 
Currently AEA is implementing the Khmer LEARN project, aims to catalyze improved reading, learning and teaching standards in Cambodia through the roll-out of a suite of quality e-learning applications. Currently the project was co-funded by DAI Global, LLC and THE HEAD Foundation.
 
AEA invites interested supplier/bidders to submit bid for Electronic Equipment as following:
 
* LED TVs (10):
- 32 inch
- 2 HDMI & 1 USB
- Display HD 720
 
* Tablets (160-200):
- Android OS
- 8 inch TFT
- GSM / HSPA / LTE
- Minimum CPU: Quad-core 1.2 GHz, RAM: 2GB
- Min. storage: 16GB
- Camera: Primary: 5MP Secondary: 3MP Video: 720p
 
* Samsung Galaxy A8 (10):
- Android OS
- 7 inch TFT
- GSM / HSPA
- CPU: Dual-core 1.2 GHz-1.5GHz, RAM: 512-1GB
- Internal storage: 8GB
- Camera: Primary: 3.15MP Secondary: 1.3MP Video: 720p
 
Note:
Bidder shall submit price of tablet 160 units and 200 units within one quotation
Warranty shall cover all products
All products delivery shall be completed by first 8th of September 2017
Bid submissions shall include VAT
Bidders can choose to supply all the items or any items in the list.
