The Client, Kerry Worldbridge Logistics Limited, intends to invite foreign and local eligible contractors with company registered in Cambodia and with relevant project experience to express interest to submit tender for a construction works project.
The Project: Main Contract for the Building Works, Infrastructure Works, Utilities Works and Other Associated Works - Phase 1 of Kerry FSZ Project Site Location: DamnakSangke and PrekRotaing Villages, SangkatPrekKampeus, Khan Dangkao, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia The Site Area: Approximately 16 Ha for the Phase 1 of the Site The Works: Construction of 3 nos. of concrete structure with aluminum cladding & glass shopfrontautomobile showrooms each with app. 1,000m2, a guard house, an app. 15,000m2 single storey concrete frame warehouse with metal walling and roofing, openyards, a 3 storey concrete office building with app. area 3,000m2, roads, plant rooms, relevant infrastructure and utilities works and etc.
Tentative tender issue date: January/February 2015 Tender return: 3 to 4 weeks upon tender issue Tentative construction commencement date: March/April 2015 Tentative construction completion date: December 2015 Contract Type: Lump sum fixed price contract based on drawings and specification
Interested contractors should submit the following documents for consideration
i) In hardcopy to the Client’s office at Unit 103B, First Floor, Hong Kong Centre, SamdechSothearos Street, SangkatChaktomuk, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia with an envelope named “Document Submission for Express Interest for the Tender of Main Contract for the Building Works, Infrastructure Works, Utilities Works and Other Associated Works - Phase 1 of Kerry FSZ Project” and attention to Mr. Kent Teng / Mr. Vannarom Chheang, AND

Deadline for Submission of Documentation : January 22, 2015, @17:00 1. Company Business Registration Certificate 2. Recent 3 years financial reports or audit account 3. Company profile and organizational chart 4. Relevant size or nature completed and on-going projects reference, preferably with project’s client reference letter(s). Project descriptions, contract sum, contract period should be stated. 5. Key person contact and details 6. Other information considered useful to express your company 7. A CD rom with all the scanned documents for the submission
Only the contractors with relevant project reference and good financial status will be shortlisted to invite for tender. Shortlisted company may be invited for an interview with individual notification by the Client.
Upon invitation to tender to the shortlisted contractor, the contractor is required to deposit USD10,000 as tender deposit with the tender submission in cash form or bank guarantee with on demand basic to the Client. The tender deposit will be refunded after the completion of the tendering process, however, if a contractor withdraws his own tender before the completion of the tender process, the deposit will not be refunded.
The Client will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidder in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids.
