Invitation for Expression of Interest

The LycéeFrançais René Descartes (LFRD) in Phnom Penh (Cambodia) is currently carrying out a large construction program aimed at increasing the capacity of the school up to more than 1,000 students. Completion of the main works is due by mid 2016.

As part of this program, the capacity of the CANTEEN shall be increased up to 650 pax per day. All suppliers for storage rooms, cold rooms, kitchen equipment,.. are contracted today in order to start canteen operation in the new premises by September 2015.

The LFRD is now inviting all qualified companies to express their interest in becoming the CANTEEN OPERATOR of the school for the next five years.

All applicants will provide full documentation showing their experience and ability to ensure canteen services for more than 650 pax a day. Experience(s) related with other international school(s) in the SE Asia Region will be a plus.

All documents are to be submitted in a seal envelope at the LFRD Secretariat (Ms. Maryline Tranchard) on or before 15 January 2015.

Applicants shall be shortlisted based on their experience and actual canteen operation capacity. Next step will be the invitation for all shortlisted firms to submit a technical and financial proposal that will meet our detailed requirement chart.
