Position (National): Resilience Analysis Field Survey Coordinator
Salary & Benefits Package: Level C1 Gross salary $1,730 per month
Duration: 3months contract (11th January to 11th April, 2016), possibility extension open-ended contract.
Location: Preah Vihear Province.

General Job Description: explain methodology and study plan of action, discuss and define the expected results of the study and a plan of action through steps outlined in the ACF RA guidelines. Support RA Analyst in staff recruitment, training, supervision daily activity& Monitoring. Produce a summary in Khmer RA report showing the main results of the RA and support the dissemination of the RA results. Facilitate the meeting Represent ACF.
Qualifications: Degree in Social Sciences, Anthropology, Disaster Risk Management, rural development; or equivalent relevant experience. Prior experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection at field level. 3 year of experience for humanitarian or development project in DRM, resilience, FSL or WASH.
Position (National): Translator for field survey
Salary & Benefits Package: $547 per month. During the field stay, accommodation and food allowance will be provided.
Duration: 18th January - 27th February.
Location: Preah Vihear Province and Chaom Tsant

General Activities: Written translation of questionnaires into Khmer. Direct translation of discussions held at local level during Focus Group Discussions (English to Khmer/ Khmer to English)
Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of English and Khmer, writing skills (English/ Khmer), experience in translation of qualitative research, good communication skills. Ability to be consistent in direct translations throughout the survey. Neutrality and objectivity.
Knowledge of health and nutrition a plus.
