Our Cambodian Office are expected to invite motivated and qualified professionals for the following position to join our dynamic team.

Position (National contract): Field Coordinator
Salary & Benefits Package: Level C2 Gross salary $2,767 per month
Duration: Unspecified Duration Contract
Location: Preah Vihear Province.
Closing date is 2nd February 2016

General Job Description: -Coordinate and ensure implementation of AAH Country Strategy at field level. Develop concept notes for new propositions. -Coordination and monitoring of programs at field level. - Monitor the social climate, manages training needs, encourage compliance with the Charter and the fight against fraud. -Represent AAH and liaise with regional authorities,. - Participation, coordination, intervention, promotion, defense of humanitarian and AAH principals towards all stakeholders, and develop network.- Follow the evolution of security in the area. -Oversee and ensure the smooth operations of the support functions included Logistics, Finance and Human Resources.

Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in coordination of a sub-office and in positions of significant responsibility. Ability to work independently with high level transparency and decision making. Excellent English spoken and written, ability to synthesize information and idea, and analyze a situation, its challenges, and make decisions.

Position (National contract): Field Research Assistant
Salary & Benefits Package: Level A3 Gross salary $300 per month
Duration:1-month contract 15th February,2016 to 15th, March,2016
Location: Preah Vihear Province. Travel in the field almost every day, along with the Research Analysis team for 3 weeks, &1 day of training
Closing date is 2nd February 2016

General Job Description: Liaising with village’s representatives and supporting the identification and invitation of FGDs participants. Organizing the logistics of the FGDs (venue, food and drinks, materials etc. in coordination with the AAH logistic department and the village representatives. Recording list of participants. Recording FGDs results. Supporting the facilitation of FGDs when needed.

Qualifications: Excellent communication and social skills, Knowledge of the region and local culture, knowledge of English, good writing skill, Completion Secondary School.
