About the role
The Retail Lending Manager must be able to establish strong relationship with potential prospects who have a mortgage need. The role is to stay current with the competitors’ policy, pricing, and process and contribute to the development of quality referrals network, both internal and external relationships. The role is to deliver the Customer Value Proposition of mortgage product and continually contribute to the process simplification of customers on boarding. The role is to provide daily and weekly reporting of sales activities including customer’s pipelines.
The Relationship Manager – Priority Banking is responsible for achieving branch sales target by providing customers with an easy and friendly banking experience which involves in identifying and fulfilling customers’ needs and managing customer relationship.
The Senior Personal Banker must be able to drive financial target through leading, coaching and managing the sales team. The role is to continually guide, and manage the sales team to deliver the Customer Value Proposition in each of the products as well as the process, policy, and procedure.
The Internships provide the opportunity to university students or fresh graduates to gain practical banking experiences through working alongside with our people and interacting with our customers.
