Requirements for each position
1. Marketing & Communication Officer • Having experience in organizing any event, advertizing activities..; • Connection with newspaper, television agents or other mass media..; • Be able to design brochure, leaflet, and billboard….. for advertising; • Proficient in some software applications such as Photoshop, Firework, Illustrator, Flash..; • Experience in designing for graphics, publishing….
2. Debt Settlement Officer • More than 01 year of experience related to legal, credit field; • Preferred experience at lawyer office, debt settlement or legal proceeding unit of any Bank or Microfinance Institution; • Good communication, negotiation & persuasion skills; • Document analysis and assessment skills.
3. Customer Relations Officer • Having experience of credit work from Bank, MFIs is preferred; • Have a thorough understanding and profound knowledge of bank credit; • Have a presentation and interpersonal skills; • Ability to find customers for deposits or loans • Be proactive and able to build and maintain a good relation with customers. • Offer a negotiated salary and it will be depended on ability to gain the assigned target of BIDC
4. Finance and Accounting Officer • University graduation with major in Accounting, Finance and Banking • Having experience of accounting , finance especially bank accounting • Be able to use English both communication and professional works; • Good at numbers, spreadsheet and computerized accounting program… • Proficiency in Vietnamese is preferred.
5. International Payment Officer • University graduation with major in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics….. • Work experience related to the banking operations of the international payment department. • Have a good command of English.
6. Customer Services Officer (Teller) • Second-year student from University or upper • Height : 1.60 cm upward and good appearance • Ages : 22-28 years old
7. Legal Officer • Graduated from University of Law • Experience in working in Compliance/Legal Units of any Bank and liaising with NBC • Great knowledge of Law especially Law related to Banking Operations
8. Software Development Officer • University Graduation with major of IT; • Under or equal to 28 years of age; • Proficient in English and Vietnamese is preferred • Experience in Programming JAVA, NET application
9. Communication Network Officer • University Graduation with major of IT • Under or equal to 28 years of age • Proficient in English and Vietnamese is preferred • Experience in Network System, International Diploma CCNA
10. Web designer • University Graduation with major of IT • Under or equal to 28 years of age • Proficient in English and Vietnamese is preferred • Experience in practical project design • Programming : NET, HTML,CSS, JavaScript , XML, Photoshop
