• Contract Drafting and Review SR Law team also has expertise in providing creative legal solutions, conducting legal due diligence for M&A, and structuring legal security for project financing. It assists clients in drafting local and international commercial contracts such as distribution agreements, franchise agreements, lease agreements, land purchase agreements, employment contracts, share sale and purchase agreements, loan agreements, hypothec agreements and other types of Cambodian security agreements.
