The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Cambodia Office is looking for competent national candidates to fill in two (2) following positions: one(1) Program Officer and one(1) Volunteer Management Officer.
 
Required Qualifications (for Program Officer Positions)
• At least Bachelor’s degree
• Proven work experience that is related with International Organization or International Development Cooperation (Prefer)
• Excellent oral/written English skills: Speaking Korean can be an asset but not necessary
• Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Business email, etc.)

Main Responsibilities
Program Officer Positions
• Under the supervision of Country Director/ Country Deputy Director / Specialists, support all aspects of planning, implementation, management and evaluation of KOICA project in Cambodia in the related sector.
• Support training programs (country, global, scholarship) communicating with related institutions, organizing the process and helping trainees have an opportunity to study abroad
• Support private-public partnership (PPP) program, coordinating the program related communication between the KOICA and partnership institutions (civil society, private institutions, and academic institutions)
• Support general administrative and communication function of the office Volunteer Management Officer Positions
• Under the supervision of Country Director/ Country Deputy Director / Volunteer Program Managers, support planning, implementation and evaluation of KOICA volunteers program in Cambodia, including but not limited to actively identifying and assessing new volunteer placement opportunities across the country, organizing induction training and other events
• Support administering KOICA hostel handling requirements of volunteers and keeping reporting problems are improvements, being in charge of the task of volunteers’ ID card and passport and the whole office management as well
• Monitoring the own areas with a regional coordinator mediating opinions between volunteers and institutions where they are dispatched
 
Conditions of Contract
• Location : Phnom Penh, Cambodia
• Office hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30~17:30
• Contract duration : 1 year contract (Renewable contract)
