Plan International Cambodia is looking for qualified candidate and consultants for the position and projects below.  
Country Administration Manager (COAM) (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Phnom Penh)
  S/he will responsible for the provision of general administrative services to support the country and program operations of Plan International Cambodia. S/he works in close collaboration with the Program Unit Administration Managers to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of quality administrative support service at Program Unit (PU) level. S/he oversees all administrative activities including procurement, logistics, assets management, transportation management, protocol and consular affairs, and security. S/he is also a key security focal point for Plan International Cambodia.  
Consultancy for Baseline Study of the Young Bamboo Project: Early Childhood Care and Development for Remote Areas (Consultant)
  The objectives of the Baseline Study of Young Bamboo Project on Early Childhood Care and Development for Remote Areas are to: 1) Establish baseline data related to comprehensive child development status of children aged 0 to under 5 years including; early childhood development (social-emotional development, cognitive development, motor development, language and emergent literacy, health, hygiene and safety, cultural knowledge and participation, and approaches to learning); prevalence of child malnutrition; child friendly community for early childhood education and accessing community preschool status to community preschool minimum standard. 2) The strategic recommendation for improving Young Bamboo Project to be more effective and sustainability.  
Education Consultancy on Learning Gardens (Consultant)
  The objectives of the Education Consultancy on Learning Gardens are to: 1. Review and provide inputs on the contextualized curriculum produced by consultants and to ensure it aligns with National Curriculum, life skills program and School Learning Garden aims, and incorporates a gender lens. 2. Provide Education technical support to program team and school teachers based on program guide and to ensure school teachers are well trained and confident to move forward. 3.
