Founded in 2004 by Scott Neeson, CCF provides life-changing education, nourishment, and healing to vulnerable children from some of Cambodia’s most destitute communities. Our model was recognized as having “one of the world’s best initiatives in innovative education”, becoming the first organization in South-East Asia to win a WISE Award in 2012. This renowned NGO cares for more than 2,000 students and 10,000 people annually, providing to entire families and communities in crisis. CCF is currently looking for following positions:

 

Operations Manager

Reporting to the Global Chief Operating Officer (GCOO) and working closely with the Country Manager and Head of Finance, the Operations Manager balances both a strategic and operational role.

 

The role partners with executives to manage the business services of the organisation and has responsibility to lead and manage operational activities, identifying and implementing workplace systems, procedures, and quality standards which support business units in achieving their objectives. The role brings a strategic perspective and specifically manages the functions of HR, Supply chain, IT and Administration services.

 

A key responsibility includes working with the Global COO, Country Manager and Head of Finance to ensure effective systems, accurate databases, effective reporting, compliance and accountability, efficient administration, reporting and continuous quality improvements.

 

Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

 

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s mission and goals. The incumbent coordinates the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the Operations Manager; and assists and advises Senior Management Team (SMT) members about Human Resources issues.
