Transparency International is the global civil society organization leading the fight against corruption. Transparency International Cambodia (TI Cambodia) is an official National Contact of Transparency International. The mission of TI Cambodia is to work together with individuals and institutions at all levels to promote integrity and reduce corruption in Cambodia. TI Cambodia is currently looking for exceptional candidates to fulfil the positions as detailed below:

1- Human Resource and Administration Assistant (HRAA)
(Basic monthly salary range from USD328-USD400 plus benefits)
Position Summary:
To support and assist in the management of Human Resource aspects of TI Cambodia including staff recruitment, policy compliance, staff benefits and incentives, capacity development, as well as creating all HR systems and management of administrative aspects of the organization including internal and external correspondence, filing systems, personal files and staff payroll, etc.

Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills
• Bachelor degree in Human Resource and Administration and/or related field;
• 1-2 experience in HR and administration with international or local organization;
• Knowledge of policies and practices related to HR and Administration;
• Good communication skills in English both in writing and speaking, and the ability to translate from English into Khmer, and Khmer into English;
• Good interpersonal and public relations skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with people from diverse backgrounds;
• Sound knowledge and commitment to the promotion of integrity, good governance and anti-corruption;
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and with a high level of commitment to complete the tasks on time and to a high standard.

2- Procurement Assistant (PA)
(Basic monthly salary range from USD328-USD400 plus benefits)
Position Summary:
To support and assist in the management of procurement aspects, including purchasing goods, services and travel arrangements and safeguard organization’s fixed asset

Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Procurement, Logistics Management or a relevant field is an advantage;
• 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement;
• Experience and knowledge of oversea travel arrangements (flight booking, confirmation and cancelation, visa processing) is highly desirable;
• Able to uphold and respect procurement ethics and to conduct activities with integrity, respecting good governance and anti-corruption;
• A team player who demonstrates patience, flexibility and honesty;
• Be willing and able to meet tight deadlines and work long hours when required;
• A self-starter, who is able to plan and manage his/her own work, take initiative and strive to meet deadlines.
