Key Responsibilities • To actively distribute and increase sales and market share of the assigned products • To plan, organize and execute sales and marketing activities. • To lead, direct and supervise group of sales to achieve sales and collection targets • To provide quality coverage with minimum Retail Performance Standard expected from the covered store via professional and excellent level of customer service for existing and new customers • To manage and deliver all KPIs set and review processes regularly • To maintain efficient /healthy stock level at all time and supervise the monthly/annual stock count • To submit monthly report, annual business plan and budget, and other information as and when required by the company/principal • To follow up/visit the provincial distribution dealers established, if any, as and when required • To ensure business is at profitability level
Job Requirements ♦ Bachelor degree with good communication skill and computer proficiency. ♦ Self-driven and able to work independently within the set framework ♦ Result Oriented and commitment to work. ♦ At least 5 years experience in sales ♦ Good communication in English

Key Responsibilities • To lead, direct and supervise a group of Sales team to achieve Company Sales Objective • To Establish both distribution and merchandising goals, manage all delivery KPIs and review processes regularly • To ensure proper implementation of sales, marketing and promotion programs to achieve the highest in-store visibility and sales • To develop new products to increase business scale • To develop annual marketing plan • To participate in the Business Plan and Budgeting process • To Update monthly report for Managing Director
