Requirements: 1. Degree in a Development-related field and/or Management studies 2. Position: Senior Project Manager for Child Health Now Campaign Location: Phnom Penh General Description To lead in the delivery of the Child Health Now campaign at the national level, and manage the Child Health Now (CHN) campaign staff team. This position will work closely with colleagues involved on the issue of nutrition and child health both within World Vision and with other external partners (NGOs, civil society, and Government).
Requirements: 1. Masters degree, preferably in Public Health, Politics/Governance or Development 2. At least 5 years professional experience in managing advocacy activities including research, lobbying, campaign development and implementation. 3. Demonstrated experience in successful project management including staff management, financial management, project design and implementation, reporting and analysis. 4. Good knowledge of health and nutrition development needs, and initiatives/frameworks to address it at national and international levels is a value added. 5. Excellent understanding of advocacy issues in a development context and ability to manage activities (publications, media, local advocacy, event management, policy analysis and development). 6. Position: Advocacy & Justice for Children Specialist Location: Phnom Penh General Description Advocacy & Justice for Children Specialist will respond to engage support offices and coordinate specifics advocacy initiatives according to the regional strategic priorities, and provide technical support in the development and implementation of advocacy programs in the East Asia Region through provision of technical assistance to National Offices (NOs), coordination /facilitation of NOs capacity building and managing research information & resources.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree qualifications and/or professional qualification in Social Science or relevant field 2. Knowledge of key advocacy networks / organizations in the region and ability to network with other organizations 3. At least two years experience in dealing with INGO, IO, UN and embassy representation, and direct experience in conducting research 4. High level of awareness of global and regional socio-economic, political and environmental issues 5. Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, collaborative, facilitation and time management skills 6. Competent in written English communication and Computer literate; Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

Position: Community Engagement Manager Location: Phnom Penh General Description WV Cambodia’s development programming is at the very heart of how we achieve the sustained well-being of children and their communities. WVC is seeking a talented and committed individual who really understands child-focused community engagement to lead the future direction of our development programming approach. The role includes the development of innovative new programming practices, managing a small team of community engagement trainers/coaches who provide capacity building for our project staff, and championing a culture of action learning across the organisation.

At least five years experience of complex project or department management within a community development context 3. Knowledge and experience of transformational community engagement 4. Position: Senior Procurement Officer Location: Phnom Penh General Description To lead and manage the Procurement Unit (PU) in ensuring that WVC procures its services and materials needed at the most efficient and effective cost in a timely manner.
Requirements: 1. University Degree in the field of Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field 2. At least 3 years experience in procurement and administration with more than 2 years in management role 3. Sense of personal responsibility and accountability 4. Analytical skills for items and services in free markets 5. Excellent knowledge of English language, ability to speak and write well, especially writing Contract/Agreement for procurement, and willingness to improve further 6. Honest and sense of stewardship.

Position: Technical Officer for Agriculture Location: Phnom Penh General Description The purpose of this position is to provide high quality technical support and service to long term development programmes that are designing and implementing agriculture development and economic development interventions while at the same time networking, coordinating and collaborating with Government, INGOs/NGOs, and private sector to enhance World Vision agriculture and economic development programming.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree in Agriculture Sciences or any related to Food Security field. 2. At least 7 years experiences in Agriculture technique 3. Experience in field demonstration or experimentation, TOT on Agriculture technique 4. Good communication skill, 5. English proficiency both written and speaking 6. Have some DME knowledge 7. Computer literate; Microsoft Word and Excel 8. Able to embrace organizational values towards the mission of WVC

Position Technical Manager for Economic and Agriculture Development Location: Phnom Penh General Description Provides overall leadership and management to an integrated Economic and Agriculture Development programming that contribute to the sustained well-being of vulnerable children in target communities and adhere to best practice, align with the with the WV partnership and NO strategy.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree in Economics or Small Business/Entrepreneurship any of the social sciences or business administration 2. At least five years experience in small business development or value chain development or economic development with at least two year’s experience in a management role 3. Be able to develop proposal, funding acquisition and grant management for major government donors 4. Strong planning and organizational skills and be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, and work gracefully under pressure. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in a cross-cultural environment, and ability to analyze and solve problems, persuade, network and negotiate. 6. Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes or similar database, email and Internet. 7. Able to embrace organizational values towards the mission of WVC
