Description • Management Cambodia office (HR, Sales, Admin) • Overseeing all administrative functions of business. • Leading and directing employees. • Oversee, planning, and execution of company E-commercewebsite and appliances (shopping mall of parts of Car, bike; Mobile, electrical appliances) • IT Sales (Offshore) to Japan, ASEAN, USA, EU,. • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. * Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. • Research and build relationships with new clients. • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals. • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team. • Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light. • Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
* At lease 10 years of experience as a management and sales leader (Sales executive or GM) You will have an excellent subordinates of three-five * In the entire office about 10 people * Language: English good in speaking, writing, listening. * Qualification: Bachelor Degree * Age: 32-38
2- Executive IT Manager Description • Responsible for managing day-to-day planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting for web project-related initiatives. Projects will span multiple web sites, app sales and operations, both domestic and international. • Project management skills, including ability to define work plans, delegate work, monitor progress, and report schedule variances and/or scope changes. • Tracks and reports team hours and project expenses. • Possesses understanding in the areas of Web and Application development for php, ios, Android, facebook app and etc. • Possesses a thorough understanding of our team’s capabilities. • Coach and guide your subordinates on all programming related matters. • Assist in the creation and maintenance of designated technical project documentation or project fact sheets.
* At least 7 years of experience as a web project manager or at least 3years experience as a PHP programmer. * Language: English good in speaking, writing, listening. * Qualification: Bachelor Degree * Age: 27-38
