The Cambodia Agricultural Value Chain Program (CAVAC) is a large agricultural development program funded by the Australian Government. It's a great place to work. We treat each other fairly and with respect. Our mission is to reduce poverty amongst farming families of Cambodia. We do this by providing essential irrigation infrastructure,  getting markets to work better, and assisting businesses to exchange with all poor people in a growing and sustainable way. The office is in Phnom Penh; our work involves travel to rural areas.

Human Resources Manager: reporting to the Operations Manager you will ensure that the program complies with equal opportunity practices and Cambodian employment law; and assist managers to guide staff to improve their skills. Procurement and Grants Officer: reporting to the Operations Manager you will ensure that Commonwealth Procurement Rules set by the Government of Australia are applied on the program and ensure compliance to the program's operations and procurement manual. Finance Manager: reporting to the Operations Manager you will ensure that Australian Government fraud and anti-bribery policies are applied in the program. Establish and manage the program s financial management. Experience with Australian Government funded programs an advantage. Office and Logistics Manager: reporting to the Operations Manager you will ensure that support systems and processes applied in the program deliver goods and services to the program efficiently and cost effectively both within Phnom Penh and throughout Cambodia. Ensure compliance to the program s operations manual and provide advice from a logistics support perspective. Supervise the Office and Logistics officer with vehicle management.
