Executive Personal Assistant


Duties include:

Provide a professional, proactive and confidential support service to the School Director and members of the ISPP Board of Trustees. The Executive Personal Assistant provides a high level of direct support, proactively dealing with a wide range of matters, sometimes highly confidential and/or urgent while demonstrating initiative and sound judgement. This encompasses responsibility for the effective day-to-day organisation of the School Director and the Board of Trustees’ business with the requirement to work closely with other staff.


Position requires:

♦ Strong and demonstrable skills in the areas of Personal Assistant

♦ Excellent interpersonal and supervisory abilities.

♦ Strong English communications (written and verbal), and presentation skills.

♦ An ability to work in a managerial position within a multi-cultural environment.

♦ Not less than 5 years prior working experience at a senior level within a commercial or not-for-profit organization.


Personal Assistant to Events Manager


Duties include:

To assist in management of the theatre, the scheduling and running of events and to be responsible for the Black Box Theatre administration and operational procedures. Assisting external clients with requirements and also providing information about theatre and taking booking.


Position requires:

♦ Good communicator able to develop and maintain client relationships

♦ Good interpersonal and supervisory abilities.

♦ Strong English & Khmer communications (written and verbal)

♦ Ability to make decisions when necessary and be highly organised

♦ Not less than 3 years prior working experience


Audio & Lighting Technician


Duties include:

• To operate and maintain equipment used to amplify, record and display sound and lights.

• Designing light shows for plays, bands and choirs

• Assisting external clients with lighting and sound requirements

• Programming and operating lighting within the theatre

• Tuning and equalisation of monitor systems


Position requires:

♦ Full understanding of DMX lighting systems and audio system

♦ Experience mixing audio and controlling lighting

♦ Strong English & Khmer communications (written and verbal)

♦ Understanding of rigging systems and power management

♦ Flexible and independent; able to multi-task while also able to focus on details
