1) Chief Engineer, 2) Assistant Chief Engineer, 3) Purchasing Manager, 4) Shop Attendant

1) Chief Engineer • MAJOR TASKS - Make the schedule of the weekly operation and coordinate the activities of the department. - Control the schedule of the staff. - Transmit his knowledge to the staff to improve their performance and correct them if necessary. - Lead by example and stay well groomed at all times. - Attend all training programs provided for him. - Control and apply strictly all safety and hygiene policy, regulation and procedures of the hotel. - Participate in the daily meeting with all the managers. - Control and check if the tasks are accomplished adequately by the staff. - Control the condition and maintenance of his material and equipment. - Make a monthly report to the General Manager. - Organize a monthly meeting for the Maintenance department. - Take care of the special request from departments especially matters pertaining to rooms. - Prepare the purchase orders and send them to the account department. - Build up capacity and norms for electricity and water in accordance with the government regulations. - Make technical projects and reports. - Prepare and plan the preventive maintenance program including fire emergency procedures. - Control all cost related with his department. - Coordinate with housekeeping and front office departments to ensure that all the repair for guestrooms are in order. - Compare the actual performance with the budget periodically and take necessary corrective actions. - Organize monthly training of the fire team in the hotel. - Develop training and development plans for his staff; implement and evaluate these plans.
• JOB REQUIREMENTS • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering certificate. • Experience: 05 years in electrical operation. • English skills: fluent in writing and speaking. • IT skills: Word, Excel, Power Point. • Prefer Expatriate
2) Assistant Chief Engineer • MAJOR TASKS • Make the schedule of the weekly operation and coordinate the activities of the department. • Control the schedule of the staff. • Assume the responsibility of the Chief Engineer in his absence. • Transmit his knowledge to the staff to improve their performance and correct them if necessary. • Control the appearance and cleanliness of the staff, equipment and work area. • Lead by example and stay well groomed at all times. • Attend all training programs provided for him. • Control and apply strictly all safety and hygiene policy, regulation and procedures of the hotel. • Control and check if the tasks are accomplished adequately by the staff. • Control the condition and maintenance of his material and equipment. • Take care of the special request from departments especially matters pertaining to rooms. • Coordinate with housekeeping and front office to ensure that all repairs for guestrooms are in order. • Maintain good relationship with all departments of the hotel. • Develop training and development plans for his staff; implement and evaluate these plans. • Prepare all the necessary documents for the day to day operation and assign the tasks to the supervisors. • Perform other duties as maybe assigned.
• JOB REQUIREMENTS • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering certificate. • Experience: 03 years in electrical operation. • English skills: fluent in both writing and speaking. • IT skills: Word, Excel, Power Point • Age between 26 to 40 years old.
3) Purchasing Manager • MAJOR TASKS • Receive the purchase requests for all departments every day. • Negotiate with supplier to get best quotation. • Check price in the market to ensure that the goods delivered to the hotel is the best. • Find new suppliers with best price and best service. • Transfer the purchase requests to CA and GM for approval • In charge of price, quality and delivery time of goods to the hotel.
• JOB REQUIREMENTS • College/University graduated. • Experience: 03 year at the same position. • English skills: fluent in both writing and speaking. • IT skills: Word, Excel, Outlook. • Age from 25 and above. • Gender: Female/Male.
4) 2 Shop Attendant • MAJOR TASKS • Open the shop. • Welcome the guests. • Answer phone calls. • Handle requests. • Make monthly inventory. • Sell items. • Handle payment. • Prepare the daily revenue report. • Prepare requisition and order form. • Handle lost and found. • Perform other duties as maybe assigned.
• JOB REQUIREMENTS • College/University graduated in Hospitality English. • Experience: not required. • English skills: fluent in both writing and speaking. • IT skills: Word & Excel.
