1. Position: Branch Officer     Who will be attended our internal Branch Officer School.     1 position based in Sihanoukville
Main Responsibilities: ♦ Ensure the commercial and memberships’ development of the Branch by staying out in the field and promote product and service ♦ Manage the branch team ♦ Drive the financial management of the branch ♦ Monitor loan activities ♦ Develop partnerships.
♦ Skills/ Qualifications: ♦ Excellence sales and commercial negotiation skills ♦ Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills ♦ Work experience in a similar role is preferred ♦ Degree or Diploma in a related discipline ♦ Good level of English(both writing and speaking) is required and French is a plus ♦ Willing to travel for promotion and member visits.
2. Position: Customer Service & Sale Representative     2 positions based in Sihanoukville
Main responsibilities: ♦ Promote product and service to members and potential members ♦ Actively participate in the development of commercial activities   ♦ Handle counter’s and branch’s operations ♦ Conduct back office activities
Skills/ Qualifications: ♦ Customer oriented, good communication, sales and interpersonal skills ♦ Dynamic and positive work attitude, ♦ Degree or Diploma in a related discipline ♦ Work experience in hospitality, banking or micro-finance is preferred but not required ♦ Good level of English(both writing and speaking) is required and French is a plus ♦ Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office
