About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager - Institutional Banking will have a strong focus on managing existing customer base and acquiring new customers to ensure effective business development for Institutional segment within ANZ Royal Bank Cambodia.


About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -

♦ Experience in managing a portfolio of business customers

♦ Qualifications in business, finance or marketing field is preferred

♦ Sound knowledge of lending, trade, market, deposit and cash management products and services

♦ Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management

♦ Strong sales skills, in particular the components of pricing, deal structuring, negotiation, and the resultant impact on overall profitability

♦ Understanding of economic climate and impact of country factors

♦ High degree of self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills

♦ Organizational, leadership and time management skills


2. Retail Branch Manager, Cambodia

♦ Reports to the Head of Retail Distribution

♦ Must understand key revenue drivers within branches and how to drive revenue growth

♦ Be customer centric and understand customer relationship management

♦ Have sales fundamentals and understand integrated sales management

♦ Have leadership experience managing sales and service teams


About the role

The Retail Branch Manager is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the operations of a branch within the distribution channel of ANZ Royal. The Branch Manager effectively manages the existing customer base and acquires new customers in the targeted segments to sustainably support revenue growth. The Branch Manager must ensure strong level of service of our customers as per our international standards.


About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -

♦ Knowledge of the operations within a retail branch

♦ Strong understanding of sales and sales management

♦ Strong ability to manage an affluent and emerging affluent customer base

♦ Strong communication skills both in Khmer and English

♦ Ability to resolve customer issues

♦ Have leadership abilities and experience in leading a high performance team
