Job title: 1. Branch Managers Responsibilities - Monitor the banking operation of the branch and ensure that all activities run smoothly and within prescribed time and budgets. - Promote the sales of banking products by demonstrating and coaching the customers on the usage. - Age 35 + is mandatory
Minimum Requirement: - Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Qualification in Marketing, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or equivalent - Have at least 10 years of experience in branch banking operation management and credit supervision
2. Loan Marketers Responsibilities: - Manage loan customer and make field visit as per bank guideline - Perform other tasks assigned by management
Minimum Requirements: - University Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent degree - Possess positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to work both independently and as a team member
3. Debit Card Responsibilities - Be in charge of Debit card promotion and products development - Perform other tasks assigned by management
Minimum Requirement: - Bachelor in accounting, banking, and equivalence - IT knowledge would be a plus
