PRASAC is standing dominantly in this market. PRASAC is currently seeking for the qualified Cambodian candidates to fill the position as below:

Position: Manager of Core Banking​ Unit, 01 Position	Report to: VP & Manager of IT and Core Banking Department
Job Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh	Deadline: November 28, 2014 at 4:00 PM
Main Duties and Responsibilities	Key Selection Criteria and Qualification
• Lead, manage and establish activity plan for core banking unit, and follow-up • Ensure FLEXCUBE system is available and running at maximum performance on the installed hardware • Analysis and assessment of business needs and requirements versus system support • Provide Core Banking System parameterization according to the Products Committee requests as well as a regular periodic parameterization • Create new branches, products, features, modules… in core banking system up on request • Identify, analyze and report occurred and potential user and/or system problems as well as coordinate with software vendor for solutions • Support system upgrades, new features and/or product test, and apply fixes/patches • Ensure DRP/BCP of core banking system to comply with IT policy • Provide system training and support to head office and branches • Deploy training, testing and development environment • Perform other tasks as required	• Educational background in Bachelor degree in computer science, business or finance and banking • At least four years experience of management IT/MIS • Good understanding of finance, accounting, and banking / microfinance • Excellent understanding and practice of FLEXCUBE Core Banking System • Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL and willingness to learn new software systems • Fundamental knowledge in Oracle Database and Linux • Experience of writing procedures, manuals and drafting reports • Willingness to become a qualified trainer in FLEXCUBE application • Fluency in spoken and written English • Flexible, dynamic and energetic • Ability to work under pressure, as part of a team, as well as independently • Strong communication and negotiating and engagement skills
