CACPMCo., Ltd is Construction Project Management Company nearly open at 5F Phnom Penh Tower; is seeking for a talented and dynamic person to fill the position of Marketing Construction Management.
Qualification/Requirement: • Minimum Bachelor in Construction & Development marketing or related field. • At least 3 years work experience related to the following:  - Construction Marketing  - Real Estate Development  - Construction Planning • Business network with local and foreign company or organization. • Able to work under pressure with dynamic tasks • Excellent in English, Khmer and Chinese will be preferable (Speaking, Writing, listening) • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Computer literacy (MS. Word/Excel, Internet & E-mail, PowerPoint, AutoCAD will be preferable). • Must be honest, committed, responsible, strong customer services mind, willing to work hard, self-motivate and confident, be able to work as a team.
