The U.S. Embassy invites all interested bidders to participate in bidding on “Media Monitoring Services”. The contract period will be for one base year and two option years. Firms wishing to be considered for this contract award should submit the qualification information and price proposal:
• Company profile, list of all relevant, tools, methodologies, professional qualifications of the firm and technical competence; • Demonstrate experiences in media monitoring services; • Price proposal should be made in lump-sum to cover all activities in the scope of work.

To give you a better understanding of the scope of the media monitoring services required, you are invited to attend a pre-proposal conference on Tuesday January 13, 2015 from 2:30pm – 4:00pm.
