Job Title : Non-Credit Products Development Manager
Report to : Head of Product Development
Location : Head Office
Closing Date : August 11, 2014

Job Responsibilities:
► Assessing non-credit products offered by competitors within branch's operating area.
► Benchmarking global and local best practices of non-credit services offered by MFIs.
► Leading the non-credit product development team and taskforce team to insure credit product offer fit to the customer demand, including product pilot-testing, monitoring and evaluation, product policy modification, etc.
► Develop non-credit product policy, procedure and documents.
► Regularly reporting to Head of Product Development on progress of non-credit product development process, challenges or constraints to be addressed.
► Developing product roadmap and product strategy for following year.
► Collect idea or feedback from clients and partners for improving product policies and procedures to customization of services offered.
► Assessing product-offered partnership opportunities for AMK's business through developing comprehensive partnership pipeline list;
► Developing strategy to approach and studying possibility for partnership building with those prospective partners;
► Coordinating product-offered process with partners and establishing a strong partnership;
► Sharing his/her idea or feedback from clients and partners for improving product policies and procedures to customization of services offered.

Qualification and Experiences:
► Master or Bachelor's degree In Business Administration, Economic Sciences, etc;
► At least two years' experience with Deposit, ATM/CDM, POS, Mobile Phone Banking, credit, remittance, micro insurance or other services offered by MFI;
► At least two years' experience with saving, credit, remittance, micro insurance or other services offered by MFI;
► Be familiar with MFI environment or banking industries (Knowledge of E-Banking products are preferable).
► High capability to handle multiple tasks and complexities as per a number of different projects will be implemented at the same time;
► Knowledge and understanding of research design, quantitative and qualitative analysis tools and experience coordinating fieldwork;
► Strong conceptualization and analytical skills and capacity to contribute to future planning;
► Good at inter-personal skill, customer service, and selling skills;
