Founded in 2004, Cambodian Children’s Fund (CCF) provides life-changing education, nourishment and healing to vulnerable children from some of Cambodia’s most destitute communities. This well respected NGO cares for more than 2,000 children and 10,000 people annually. It has grown rapidly since its inception and now CCF requires the services of a Chief Operations Officer to enable the organisation to effectively and sustainably evolve.

You will draw on your significant experience in a similar role and use your demonstrated expertise to lead and manage head office operations, identifying and implementing structures, systems and procedures to enable an integrated and coordinated approach to achieve CCF strategic objectives. This senior role reports directly to the Executive Director, and holds responsibility for organisational development, including establishing contemporary and sound methodology to support strategic decision-making, accountability, rigorous and quantifiable reporting and continuous quality improvements. You will use your highly developed leadership and strategic skills to engage all relevant business units in a coordinated and integrated approach. Sound people management skills are needed to lead senior managers in an innovative and highly accountable approach.
