Cardno supports the implementation of CAVAC on behalf of the Australian Government.
CAVAC has the purpose of increasing the productivity and incomes of small farmers and trade in milled rice and other crops by strengthening market systems and investing in irrigation infrastructure.
CAVAC will contribute to the achievement of the following two goals:
> improved incomes for smallholder farmers; and, > increased trade in milled rice and other crops.
The Operations Manager will quality assure the financial, logistical, human resources, ITC and administrative requirements of the Program.
