Cardno supports the implementation of the Cambodia Agricultural Value Chain Program (CAVAC) on behalf of the Australian Government.
 
CAVAC has the purpose of increasing the productivity and incomes of small farmers and trade in milled rice and other crops by strengthening market systems and investing in irrigation infrastructure.
 
The role of the Procurement and Grants Technical Officer, is to lead a range of services for the CAVAC Program and Component Teams, including procurement and contract management of sub-contractors and suppliers, purchasing, asset management, and grants management.
