SILAKA, with the support from the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), has been implemented the Strengthening Procurement Systems at the Sub-national Level project (SPSL). The SPSL project aims to improve public governance in Cambodia by increasing transparency and accountability in local government public procurement.
SILAKA is looking to recruit a consultant to conduct SPSL Project Evaluation for the project called “Strengthening Procurement Systems at the sub-national Level” supported by CIPE which is implementing in 5 districts, including Stungsen Town, Kampongsvay, Santok, Stong and Prasat Ballaing districts in Kampong Thom province.
