The U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh is seeking an individual for the Project Management Specialist (Agriculture and Economic Development) position for the Office of Food Security and Environment (FSE), USAID/Cambodia.
The incumbent is responsible for the full range of management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, as well as data collection and analysis within the sector of agriculture, food security, nutrition and economic development.  The incumbent will be required to liaise with donors, assist in compiling research in the areas of agriculture, food security, nutrition, and economic growth, coordinate and attend meetings, monitor and evaluate programs through field visits, as well as monitor USAID financed activities managed by the Food Security and Environment Office.
Salary: The annual salary range for this position is USD 21,913 – 33,964.
Required Qualifications
EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s degree in the field of economics, development economics, agricultural economics, agriculture, natural resources management, environment, business administration, rural development, or development studies is required.
EXPERIENCE: Three years of experience in project management or program coordination in the field of agriculture and/or economic development with a U.S. government agency, other international or local organization or donor agency is required.
LANGUAGE: Level IV (fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing English and Khmer are required.                    (This will be tested.)
