The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development Mission to Cambodia (USAID/Cambodia), is seeking proposals to provide consulting services in the formulation of a value chain analysis of horticulture, fisheries, and rice as described in Solicitation SOL-442-15-000002 posted on the Federal Business Opportunities internet Website at www.fedbizopps.gov. The local consulting firm will work closely with subject matter experts from Washington, D.C. A team of local consultants is critical to the success of this analysis.This solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside under the Local Competition Authority provision.
Any questions must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. Phnom Penh time on January 13, 2015. Proposals must be submitted in the format prescribed in the solicitation, and must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Phnom Penh time on January 20, 2015.
