The purpose of this RFP is to build public awareness of the CDPF areas of support, achievements already made and areas in which the MoEYS and partners are building capacity for education sector reform via CDPF.   Bidders are expected to achieve the following objectives: • Demonstrate the impact of CDPF for strengthening MoEYS capacity to better plan and manage education services through coordinated outreach;   • Demonstrate the impact of communications activities undertaken as part of this consultancy to help build public awareness of CDPF areas of support and key achievements.   Qualifications and Specialized Knowledge Required: Experience in media and audio/video production with appropriate production quality and facility. The submitted technical proposals should include samples of audio/video productions.
