Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education in Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville and Siem Reap.
PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking candidates for the position of Retail Business Project Manager (01 post) , based in Phnom Penh.
Retail Business Project Manager is responsible for designing and developing the retail business course program and course contents for retail business diploma degree of business school by structuring practice activities, projects, course curriculum, assessment tools and tests, interactive resources and others alike. Also, he/ she is required connecting and expanding networks with companies and retail shops for apprenticeship opportunity. In line with management, he/ she needs to lead and motivate retail business team to bring high quality of training and operation of Boutique (Souvenir Shop), Retail Shop and PhsarYeung to run smoothly.
He/ she shall have bachelor’s degree in Retail, Sales and Marketing, Management or other related fields with sound practical experience in retail management, shop management, supermarket management or other related. He/ she shall have some experiences in pedagogy or education program development along with a good command of English with minimum 500 TOEFL Score. He/she shall be good at management, planning and leadership skills with good interpersonal communication skills.
