Sales and Marketing Manager

 
Daun Penh Food & Beverage, a subsidiary of Daun Penh Cambodia Group, is a newly established Company focusing on food and beverage business in Cambodia. The Company currently has a spring water bottling plant in Kampot. Our beer brewery plant is under construction and will commence commissioning in early 2017.
 
We are now looking for potential qualified candidates to fulfill the following positions:
Sales and Marketing Manager -based in Phnom Penh (1 post)
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
o. Developing a sale and marketing strategy plan to achieve the company’s target
 
o. Establishing sales channel and sale network
 
o. Identifying market opportunities and building brand
 
o. Forming and leading a sale team to cover different respective area
 
o. Proposing the required resources and ensure their maximum utilization rate
 
o. Being able to initiate sales/ marketing materials
 
o. Attending events, product shows and other exhibitions that involve the o promotion of the products and the promotion of the Group as a Company
 
Qualifications
o. Bachelor/Master degree or relevant certificates
 
o. Minimum 5 year experience in FMCG industry
 
o. Candidate with experience in food-beverage business is an advantage
 
o. Sound background in strategic sales and marketing
 
o. Strong market knowledge and ability to raise brand awareness
 
o. Strong organizational & time management skills
 
o. Professional and outgoing with an ability to liaise with people of different o nationalities
 
o. Team work spirits, honest, ethical and reliable
 
o. Proficient in working with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Power o Point, Outlook)
 
o. Sales Executive - 2 posts in Phnom Penh, 1 post in Kampot
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
o. Working with the management to create and implement an effective strategy for nationwide sales of products
 
o. Preparing action plans and reports identifying potential clients and sales opportunities
 
o. Driving product sampling and pre-sales before market launch
 
o. Developing and implementing special activities to increase brand recognition
 
o. Establishing client relationships and attend to their product needs in a timely, efficient and professional manner
 
o. Identifying potential Sub-Distributors and liaise accordingly
 
Qualifications:
o. Bachelor degree or relevant certificates
 
o. Minimum 2 year experience working in a sales position within the o beverage or FMCG industries
 
o. Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Khmer
 
o. Self-motivated with a strong initiative
 
o. Ability to work independently
 
o. Team work spirits, honest, ethical and reliable
 
o. Proficient in working with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
