♦ Recruit new agents and develop new businesses
♦ Cross sell other insurance products to customers
♦ Monitor and follow up on outstanding premiums
♦ Attend to phone calls and e-mail enquiries from customers
♦ Follow up on the submission of new proposal forms, renewals and endorsements to/from banks, agents or direct customers
♦ A recognized University Degree preferably relating to Banking and Finance or Marketing
♦ Possess at least 2 years working experiences in related industry
♦ Must be pro-active, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
♦ Able to speak and write in English, Chinese or Japanese would be an advantage
♦ Able to travel
♦ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
